Olives and Oil

We do cultivate three different kind of olives: the “Taggiasca”, “Pignola” and “Frantoio” type.Our production comes from more than 300 plants distributed over 30.000 square metres of terraces dug on a hilly terrain (according to the ancient ligurian tradition) that faces south to permit the best sunlight exposition.

Our olives are picked up manually by direct reach, or using pneumatic pickers, then entrusted to a traditional oil mill (featuring granite millstones) for milling, while we provide final bottling and stocking in our cellar.
